Luciole Restaurant
It’s new and it’s exciting, the Luciole restaurant is a Vegan fine dining restaurant based in Switzerland. They focus on sustainable, environmentally-friendly gastronomy, featuring both ancient and modern techniques in its cuisine and entrepreneurial approach. Their philosophy is fuelled by a desire to preserve the natural world.

We love being a part of this new venture and were so happy to see our bespoke set of porcelain petal bowls being used to house such innovative gastronomy. Ordinarily, our porcelain petal bowls are left unglazed and used for decoration, however, the team at Luciole felt they perfectly echoed the love of nature they highlight in their cooking. To ensure the bowls were suitable for serving, we finished them with a delicate satin white glaze, that merely enhances the beauty of their shape.
Named after its inspiration, our petal bowls are hand- formed from delicate porcelain clay into graceful, shallow bowls. Reminiscent of a beautiful flower, soft imprints sprinkle the surface of the petal-like edges, adding a wonderful depth and character.
In addition to the petal bowls, we created a set of our Nouri terracotta pinch bowls for the restaurant to use for seasonings, condiments, and sweet delicacies to finish off a meal.
We live in hope that one day we will get to taste the culinary delights of the Luciole restaurant for ourselves.
