Nestled on the picturesque banks of the Trinity River in Fort Worth, Texas, is the remarkable Saddlerock Wine & Beer Company. This unique establishment offers incredible tasting events at their stunning vineyard, which is also home to the beautifully renovated Chapman Bennett Home from the 1800s.

Saddlerock invites guests to sample a diverse selection of wines from vineyards in Malibu, California, alongside beers from Dallas and Fort Worth breweries. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic basket filled with delicacies or order food to pair with the perfect wine or beer. This is where our ceramics come in—Saddlerock ordered our Speckled plates and pinch bowls for their guests to use while grazing and enjoying drinks. Our speckled range is handmade from our most characterful clay and finished with a soft, satin-white glaze that allows the earthy flecks to peek through. The rustic charm of the range perfectly complements the Saddlerock estate.

We love creating ceramics for hospitality settings. There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing a full range of pieces ready to make their way to a special hotel, restaurant, or, in this case, a magnificent vineyard. Knowing that our dinnerware will be used and enjoyed by people from all walks of life, each with an appreciation for craftsmanship, brings us joy.
