A wild cooking experience in Scotland, just an hour’s drive from Glasgow and two hours from Edinburgh, Wild Kabn Kitchen is the brainchild of chef William Hamer. With a passion for food, culture, and the open road, William founded The Wilder Kitchen five years ago before embarking on his latest venture, Wild Kabn Kitchen.

An organic, sustainable, and delicious experience, William invites guests to explore the connection between food, fire, and nature in a beautiful Victorian greenhouse, located on the stunning private Ardkinglas Estate, Loch Fyne.

William offers guests an immersive dining experience, cooking fresh, local, seasonal produce over an open fire in the breathtaking Scottish wilderness. To serve these delicacies, he uses a selection of our dining plates and bowls, which provide the perfect artisanal, organic backdrop to his creations. Our Ebba plates and petal bowls look stunning when filled with vibrant, mouth-watering dishes that we can only dream of creating.

Much like William, we believe in sustainability and using natural products. Each of our pieces is handmade from natural clays and glazes, beautifully echoing the Wild Kabn Kitchen’s ethos.
